Pros/Cons
Pros
- We found it to be a good base for a new website for our choir - easy for our singers to use, relatively easy for administrators. The Club Express team has been great to work with.
- Fairly intuitive and easy to learn, lots of options, great support with manuals, videos and help screens. Can customize to a fair extend.
- Club Express might be even better for us if more of our members were enthusiastic about its very sophisticated feature--or even comfortable with them.
Cons
- Spacing is inflexible, fonts change for no apparent reason -- frustrating. Developers are constantly revising--improving--the software, which can be hard on users.
- Photos are especially difficult to add to the site. It's just overall a very difficult and frustrating product to use.
- There's no direct access to social media or cloud storage which is a definite negative. Event questions are very limited and do not offer If-Or linking.
Pros
- Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.
- The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.
- I think the app is easy to use, clean, and simple. I really like the "favorites" section because it makes the process very easy.
Cons
- This system is a constant source of grief. It double charges clients all the time, they say they are "trying" to get it to stop, meanwhile I get a dozen furious calls a week from clients who complain.
- It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.
- Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.
