Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • We found it to be a good base for a new website for our choir - easy for our singers to use, relatively easy for administrators. The Club Express team has been great to work with.
  • Fairly intuitive and easy to learn, lots of options, great support with manuals, videos and help screens. Can customize to a fair extend.
  • Club Express might be even better for us if more of our members were enthusiastic about its very sophisticated feature--or even comfortable with them.
  • Cons

  • Spacing is inflexible, fonts change for no apparent reason -- frustrating. Developers are constantly revising--improving--the software, which can be hard on users.
  • Photos are especially difficult to add to the site. It's just overall a very difficult and frustrating product to use.
  • There's no direct access to social media or cloud storage which is a definite negative. Event questions are very limited and do not offer If-Or linking.

  • This was an amazing investment into our program. It is incredibly user friendly and easy to transition to from the old system.
  • Overall, my experience with VolunteerMark has been fantastic. We like the system and will continue to use it.
  • I do like the user friendly interface when interacting from a laptop or computer. I think most items are very intuitive and like the customization that can be done for each each event and shift.
  • Cons

  • It was difficult for me to set up in the way that I needed and there were so many weird bugs that were alarming.
  • A non-profit that I'm advising was having trouble keeping track of all their volunteers and "who was doing what and when.
  • My graphics/logos have a somewhat distorted appearance. Volunteers have expressed they are not able to sign up for multiple shifts at one time- they have to sign up for each one individually.
