Our Get Connected platform - found at www.volunteermain.com - has been a wonderful new tool for our communities and has provided an ease to volunteering that hasn't previously been available.

The capacity to really build community through the platform is awesome. It's easy to brand to look like everything else you're doing.

Get Connected helps us bridge the gap between nonprofits and volunteers. It is bringing our community together to collaborate on how to make our community better and safer for all.

I had just started learning the old system when the new one was put into action. I have to admit it was quite intimidating.

This software provides a clean and beautiful user interface for volunteers looking for opportunities on our database.

I like how all volunteer opportunities are in one spot, it makes it easier for me and the potential people to use the site.

Back-end of the software is very clunky and difficult to navigate. Difficult for us to connect between hub-portal.

The app is just so-so, and there are places that would have been nice to see some changes/more options, but overall it's really good.

The only con i have is that the icons for the individual organizations is strangely small.

With the appropriate upgrades, each program has a chance to operate independently of other programs utilizing the same Get Connected subscription.

In some cases we have even stopped asking them to be involved in the process because it can cause them so much frustration.

The staff has all been very supportive with everything we have gone through with working with Miami.

Easy to use and allows people from different skill levels to navigate it easily. It is a great portal for volunteers and agencies.

The product is very easy to use and is user friendly.

Whenever I run into a snag, customer service is friendly and prompt and takes care of my issue immediately.

Get Connected is a good investment in Volunteer Management.

The Get Connected software was the perfect solution for our United Way. It is our mission to connect people with meaningful ways to serve but there was never a way to do that efficiently.

This tool allows administrators to have master control over the site. Users can easily view and respond to volunteer opportunities.

The training required on the front end is a time investment and can be a little intimidating for some, and some of our volunteers who aren't comfortable with computers struggled a little.
