Some of the task descriptions are a little confusing.

The only thing I miss from FIMS was the Columnar Fund Balance report.

We were looking for an end-to-end solution for our foundation and CommunitySuite met and/or exceeded all of our expectations.

The accounting software allows for easy reporting and analysis. What I truly like best, and what separates Community Suite from other software products I have used, is the Customer Service.

We really like how the modules integrate with each other.

It more than pays for itself in terms of saved staff time. Having it seamlessly connected to our grantmaking system and scholarship system is an important added bonus.

Foundant/Community Suite support was the best getting me through the end of the year. Their support is the best they are patient and kind and they explain items thoroughly.

The more I use it, the more I love it. Do I get frustrated...sure, but the support staff always comes through and works me through it.

The product is intuitive and comprehensive. My entire organization can use the same platform for grantmaking, accounting and customer relationship management.

My one complaint with the program is financial statements.

The product is amazing and the company is always open to ideas that could make it even better.

Ease of use is my favorite part about this software. This encourages staff as a whole to use Foundant to see what is going on, make better decisions and has also allowed us to engage donors more.

Fund profile also has such incredible detail and linking. The ability to drill down on figures is also wonderful.

With excellent support from Customer Success Manager team, we were trained on key functionality and brought  foundation from spreadsheets to state of the art systems in less than two months.

CommunitySuite combines solid financials with good CRM/donor management and tightly integrated grant and scholarship management modules, if needed (extra cost). Extremely easy to implement and use.

There is nothing that I would identify as a negative with the system.

We needed a fully integrated suite without trying to cobble together multiple packages like QuickBooks and Salesforce.

The ticketing system is barebones and difficult to set up. There's no custom reporting.

It's a frustrating system that is missing so much compared to other options.

And, Community Suite is constantly working on upgrades, some suggested by users, that make it a real world tool for success.

I found it was easy to navigate when learning, and there are great tutorials to help you get familiar with the software. The support during integration was amazing.

The best part of this software is it replaced the need for us to triple enter data. I also have to say the team that assisted us with migration and training were fantastic.

This software consolidates everything a foundation needs to function fully and efficiently. Our staff is thrilled with it.

Team Viewer is very easy to use and much reliable as compared to its competitors. Clipboard integration and team sharing is pretty much seamless.

Unstable internet connection: some times the connections are lost. I can not control other devices in my local network without an internet connection.

I like the possibilities and simplicity. It's an excellent software to help collegues and customers.

Transferring a large file is not practical with this tool. With an unstable internet connection, this application does not work smoothly and gets interrupted frequently.

There are several features that could be dangerous if in the wrong hands. TeamViewer is often used in Tech Support Scams.

Overall I had a good experience with it, I recommend using the software for those who knows what they are doing.

I use a lot of time Teamviewer to remote and assist to my clients, and is easy to use and rapid deployment, I like the option to save the remote connections.

Sometimes it lags and cause interruption while using this. And also there are some other software which gives more functionality than this.

I like the ability to connect to the main computer from any other site. This provides additional work flexibility and has been a huge asset during times of remote work during the pandemic.

Pretty good, the price is ok, and the ease of use is one of the best qualities of this software, along with the possibility to use it through poor connections.
