Customer service was extremely helpful in getting us set up. #### Cons The platform seems a little dated. It is not as intuitive as I would like it to be and a little complicated because it is designed to meet so many needs. I don't know how exactly I would have them change things, but if it could be simplified and more intuitive. The whole set up helps those giving to have control of changing their account, giving, and updating their card info.
