"One of the biggest benefits is that it keeps all of our events and event data organized in one central location, making it easy to manage registrations, communications, reporting, and event details efficiently."

"Overall, Cvent delivers end-to-end event management with strong governance and analytics, particularly suited for organizations running recurring, complex events."

"The platform brings together everything needed to plan and run events, registration, communications, check-in, and reporting into one system, which saved a lot of time and improved the attendee experience."

"The only con I would say is that with all of Cvent's awesome changes, there can sometimes be bugs that have us run into issues when publishing our sites when too many things are operating."

"We recently purchased the MRF and Budgeting tool and in addition we had to purchase support hours in addition and it got costly."

"I know there are a lot of variables which includes rushes or wifi connections, however that is my one complaint"
