Pros
- This software is great because I can submit proposals and save information that I repeatedly enter for multiple proposals.
- The ability to use different search criteria and the number of destination represented is outstanding.
Cons
- The only downside I see currently is the cost. It is a little more expensive than as a team we would prefer, but you get what you pay for.
- The convoluted process to do many tasks within the platform is frustrating for everyone (literally everyone) in our organization who has used it for the past six years.
Pros
- The communication is my favorite because we are always growing and changing to meet our patient needs as well as our needs to service them.
- Having multiple payment methods and the ability to generate refunds has been very helpful for us. The ease and simplicity of creating events is especially beneficial.
Cons
- They don't warn you when completing maintenance which disrupts purchases, the system was down for several days once leading up to a large event and we lost sales.
- There is very little that we don't like about this software. We've had a few issues with member records being duplicated.
