Pros
- This software is great because I can submit proposals and save information that I repeatedly enter for multiple proposals.
- The ability to use different search criteria and the number of destination represented is outstanding.
Cons
- The only downside I see currently is the cost. It is a little more expensive than as a team we would prefer, but you get what you pay for.
- The convoluted process to do many tasks within the platform is frustrating for everyone (literally everyone) in our organization who has used it for the past six years.
Pros
- Being in the finance department, I'd be remised if I didn't note that the underlying accounting functionality is superb.
- The best feature of the the software is being able to email questions and contact tracking to department supervisors for specific members.
Cons
- Staff had a very hard time catching on to how to use the program. Due to Personify's lack of response and problem solving we lost a large amount of money.
- Finding products was difficult. Also, I struggled with taking payments, which should have been easy.
