Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is very easy to use, as the ready-made templates help in choosing the appropriate design, as well as adding images, texts and video clips, and editing them with great flexibility.
- As a long time user of RegOnline, we can highly recommend the software based on it's flexibility, user-friendliness, and outstanding customer support.
- I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.
Cons
- We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.
- I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.
- I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.
Pros
- I was particularly impressed with the ease of exporting registration lists, modifying registrations (refunds for specific amounts - fabulous), and setting up the registration form to my preferences.
- I used this software for a large scale expo with my company and everything went amazing. The software is so easy to use and the staff is beyond helpful and supportive.
- RegFox has been a great switch for us and I love the way we can make attractive events with less fees to registrants. They continue to add new features and are very easy to reach for support.
Cons
- Finding something to put here is pretty difficult. A very small negative was that when trying to find something very specific I wanted to do, but had a little trouble locating.
- This could be a fairly large negative for organizations that have large income events as a larger portion will go to the software.
- The set up of my campaign was extremely difficult and user experience unfriendly.
