Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is very easy to use, as the ready-made templates help in choosing the appropriate design, as well as adding images, texts and video clips, and editing them with great flexibility.
- As a long time user of RegOnline, we can highly recommend the software based on it's flexibility, user-friendliness, and outstanding customer support.
- I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.
Cons
- We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.
- I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.
- I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.
Pros
- Love it and when I share with my clients, they to love all the capabilities it offers especially for the price.
- The customer service has been amazing. They are so quick to respond, always helps me figure out what I need and follows up to make sure we are satisfied.
- Yapp fulfills all the features we look for, at an excellent price point, and with excellent customer service.
Cons
- Difficult to change information and edit on the back end on a mobile device.
- Hard to add a READABLE MAP (exhibit hall and classrooms). Most Sponsors are Exhibitors.
- I dislike the fact which we can not add more than one picture per post. Another con is not being able to upload videos or have the ability to go Live.
