CRM Donor Software Solution for Non Profit

We started using Denari about 8 months ago and this software solution has taken our ministry to the next level in efficiency and reporting. In the software market, this product provides complex analytics and reporting capabilities for an unmatchable price within the industry. We are able to spend more time serving our ministry and providing quality communication to our donors. We can branch out and expand our network without adding exponential costs and labor time to our staff. We are very pleased with this product and continue to be excited at the new features and updates they are constantly making to help our ministry serve better!

Extremely Customizable but pulling reports is a bear

PROS

Extremely customizable and customer service is very responsive. Missionary portal is very easy to use

CONS

Pulling reports is very difficult. Often we have to call customer support to get help. Report pulling is not very intuitive.

Not a great choice... for any business.

PROS

There's not much to like about this software, head to the home page and you'll find a good indication of how antiquated the platform is.

CONS

Extreme workarounds are needed to access the most basic of reports.

We do not know who Mitchell Adams is. He may be a user, if so, he would add to his review that the niche markets we are in are very strong offerings. We acknowledge that the engine is legacy code and are going through a rewrite as I write this. Tom Kaufman

Average systems but needs to be updated

PROS

Dashboard: The Dashboard offers an at a glance view of LyBunt, Sybunt, prospects, giving levels, lapsing, gifts to date and major donors. Customer Service: Sometimes a wait to get a callback but when they connect with you, they are helpful

CONS

The report functions are difficult to use and customize. You must go to multiple tabs to create different reports. Donor entry field is not streamlined and simple. Does not include advanced features such as mobile giving, synced with wealth screening companies and tracking social media
