I found this software very user friendly. A lot of donation management software can be very convoluted and overwhelming to even just look at.

Our team likes that DT connects with MailChimp and PayPal, offers graphics on the Dashboard showing fundraising levels, and is a good price for the quality of the product.

I appreciate the ability to manage each of our donors effectively. From inputting address information to seeing donor history, it's an effective way to maintain donor relations.

What I loved most about this,  is that the people who want to help and donate can do it from the comfort of their home or office even from anywhere with internet access.

The interface is easy to handle, you can control donors with your address and contact, you can include multiple users and their permissions, and send personalized thank you messages to donors.

Overall this tool was a pretty good solution for organizing and tracking all of our incoming donations. It's not the best on the market, but it's very serviceable.

The exports are always confusing and cumbersome to execute.

Export/Import features are great, and I love the syncing with MailChimp to keep our mailing list organized. Integration with Paypal and auto-sending of receipts helps us a lot, too.

The only issue I've ever had is that a few times I've made errors when importing files, and it seems to freeze up the import tool, not allowing the import to be cancelled or completed.

We are using SignUp.com for lots of things, mostly tracking events and volunteer opportunities that are available to our students. It has been a great time saver and better option for us.

The software's brilliant - I love it - thanks. I used it to manage a roster of cafe volunteers at my local ski club, Mt Cheeseman, New Zealand.

This is a fantastic way for our dog rescue group to manage the volunteer shifts/numbers and it allows them to see where they are short or oversubscribed & message or Facebook post for extra help.

After set up, it can be hard to navigate back to make changes.

We are using the free version, so the price is right. I love that I can just create a signup form and then distribute the link - no more maintenance on my part, or sending of reminder emails, etc.

Nice clean interface with simple event creation and clear calendars.

I also don't like the automated system generated emails almost every other day. Yes, I am aware that I abandoned my project; please stop reminding me.

I found it difficult to enter the scheduling I wanted too when the same event was occurring at different times.
