Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The ease of use of the product and how easy it is to navigate. The simplicity of the set up and how the basic features are right at your fingertips.
  • The ability to create and manage multiple events and transactions is great. Also being able to pull reports on the fly is pretty nice.
  • Cons

  • If using another one, they lose their history. Reporting is weak and limited, especially when I have to create more than one report because of a lack of choices.
  • It's always a point of confusion, and if they miss that one link, they're registering as a new participant and they get mad because the system tells them their email is already in use.

  • Team Viewer is very easy to use and much reliable as compared to its competitors. Clipboard integration and team sharing is pretty much seamless.
  • I like the possibilities and simplicity. It's an excellent software to help collegues and customers.
  • Cons

  • Unstable internet connection: some times the connections are lost. I can not control other devices in my local network without an internet connection.
  • Transferring a large file is not practical with this tool. With an unstable internet connection, this application does not work smoothly and gets interrupted frequently.
