Pros/Cons
Pros
- The customer support and training has been fantastic and has made it so easy for the team to learn and use. The webinars are a great additional tool to help us maximize our system.
- Donor Perfect was hands down the best choice. We have never looked back and are grateful every day for the rich features that DP provides.
- DonorPerfect has some good capabilities and is highly customizable. The software does a good job of tracking donors and volunteers and a decent job of tracking memberships.
Cons
- I find it difficult to run reports. There are a lot of upgrade features that you have to pay.
- Difficult to figure out all the reporting features.
- One aspect of the software that makes it a little difficult to use are the phrasings that are used as descriptors.
Pros
- DonorView offers a comprehensive platform with integrated functionality to capture donor data from gifts to events to email marketing. Great value for the cost and excellent customer service.
- Reliable, Flexible and Attractive is the best way to describe our experience with DonorView.
- Our experience has been amazing. The support that everyone at DV gives to their clients is amazing and 100000000% better than what we received with the other software we were using.
Cons
- We had become increasingly frustrated with out previous platform in terms of errors, poor customer service and increasing costs. We've experienced the exact opposite with DonorView.
- This is a disaster if you are trying to steward donors (and ones are left out). I have to login twice each time when I start.
- I believe they do have a feature now where you can prearrange and pay to have someone available to assist in an emergency, but it is not standard.
