I find it difficult to run reports. There are a lot of upgrade features that you have to pay.

How easy it is to use and the dashboard is very user friendly and displays all of the information in an easy to read format.

Donor perfect is the best fundraising software I have ever used. The support  is amazing and knowledgeable.

They are constantly updating and adding new features to better Donor Perfect. The software is so user friendly and the customer service is amazing.

Overall, it's a great tool for fundraising and is a good value for the price.

Donor Perfect is an easy-to-use software with a clear user interface. There are occasional helpful fundraising seminars and its online community tech support is clear and helpful.

This is a VERY affordable product (our new one is double the cost) and you get unlimited constituents. The support is available, helpful, timely and great.

The pitch for how DonorPerfect can help you even more is there, but it is not the main point of these resources, and that feels good.

It is the best software on the market. The integration with Constant Contact and ReadySetAuction is really helpful.

The ease and thoroughness of reports that I prepare for the Board of Directors is a BIG advantage. I can report by fiscal year as well as preparing totals for the duration of the capital campaign.

I love the ease of use; I love that donors can be easily set up for recurring donations & that we can update & manage the donations easily.

DonorPerfect has some good capabilities and is highly customizable. The software does a good job of tracking donors and volunteers and a decent job of tracking memberships.

It is really user friendly, and great to do the basic stuff for any donating purposes like donor reports, tax reports, and mailing lists of donors.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
