  • Pros

  • I love how easy it is to pull information from double knot to create roster and access information. I like that I am easily able to check registration numbers and waitlists.
  • The automated features (payment reminders, etc) save our staff time, and have increased the ease and efficiency at which we register programs and receive payments from our visitors.
  • It's great how one platform can be of use to membership, donor relations, programming, archive and collections, front-line, and much more.
  • Cons

  • Back office management is difficult. Customer service and training from Doubleknot has been poor.
  • From the beginning, customer service has been lacking. When the promised trainer never showed up during the initial start up, we were in trouble.
  • Limited flexibility, constituent management not ideal.

  • We like GZ's ability to give a good view of member activity. I like that when I am on the phone with a member, I can see their engagement, make notes, and create follow up task items.
  • I love how easy it is to use, as well as the customer service. Everyone is pleasant, prompt and so helpful.
  • I love the ability to control and update our website so easily. Credit card procesing is clean, easy to use, and provides a smooth transaction as well as easy of paperwork.
  • Cons

  • We also have not integrated our billing systems and manually updating everything so that the software communicates with other programs is a pain.
  • Sometimes editing communication templates and billing documents can be confusing and small changes can cause changes in other areas.
  • This is confusing, you need a lot of training and not intuitive for the average user. You must be a web pro to understand the back end functions.
