It's a large part of my job but also very time consuming so this platform is brilliant.

I like that it makes sure my linkedin feed is constantly updated. It makes me look much more active in the community.

It gives a lot of freedom and means on days off, I am still reaching my market and being seen my those who I need to be seen by. I enjoy the ease and simplicity of it too, very user friendly.

Nothing struck me as being particularly bad about the software.

I absolutely love that when we integrate DSMN8 with our LinkedIn, it manually posts good content to my feed so I am not having to take the time to do that.

Continual log-ins every 90 days. Whilst this process is not unique to just DSMN8, i dislike having to re-authenticate regularly.

I like how easy it is to post to several Linkedin accounts at once and how user friendly it is.

At the begining I had some problems understanding what parts of the published content are seen by the audience. Where to write a description etc.

Don't like that it deactivates all the time and you have to reset it back up.

I think this software is such a good idea. It's very easy to use and has a big impact.

I love that the CRM is used both in advocacy and email marketing seamlessly. It's easy to put together lists to send emails to and the advocacy tools are as good as any I've come into contact with.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but documentation is clear, and at its most basic set up you can still do everything you need to do with it before you learn some of the more advanced features.

They also have some cool twitter and email integrations that make it really easy to create online actions for people to take and helps us engage our volunteer base more effectively.

Their responses to our questions were ambiguous, unhelpful and mostly petty. If I could, I would blast how horrible EA is to everyone I know.

EveryAction is a great, albeit expensive, CRM that arguably justifies its costs. Its support team is reliable, helpful, and prompt.

Sometimes its a bit overwhelming. There are a lot of tutorials which make it difficult to select from especially when you need a quick read.

EveryAction, overall, has been pretty helpful and customer service has been quick to answering our questions.

I have had a fabulous experience working with everyone at Every Action. Their support staff are knowledgeable about the tools and quick to respond.

Site map can be a bit confusing regarding where to edit or update information.

Note: EveryAction is weak on administering Events.

User interface is easy to use. On-line help is detailed and usable.

Product is limited and customer service is the worst.

We've also been able to integrate our email program and our donor database which has been huge for our organization.

It was our organization's first-ever donor database and an excellent investment for our team in our early days.

Our organization had been with a Blackbaud product for many years and were challenged in ease of use and functionality.

This software is powerful but easy to use. Great customer support as well.

The email functionality of this software is good -- it can create nice-looking emails that are mobile responsive.

This section is encompassing especially for the kind of jobs we have on our plate. Our organising team have been gratefully harnessing its simplicity and ease of use.

Lack of  traditional  fundraising reports such as lybunt report or donor profile. Also being able to see last constituents searched.

I love the report customization. In my role I have to submit different reports to different departments, and this lets me easily customize a report for their needs.

Account model is limited = orgs vs. people vs. businesses. Campaign and event hierarchy and construct is confusing.

The software was easy to learn and easy to use for our whole team. I love that our online donation forms are integrated right into the database.

The one thing I like about this tool is it reporting functions, as oppose to other CRM  tool, EA gives management a real time glance of progress across the entire operation of their engagement.

Integration was easy and the product is generally not difficult to use. Especially now that they've added drag -and-drop functionality for the emails.

I really like that they have very deep records you can keep on a donor. I also love that they are constantly adding features and working to improve their software.
