engage2serve is a cloud-based constituent relationship management solution that helps educational institutions streamline the entire student lifecycle, from admissions to academic operations and career preparation. It allows supervisors to sort, prioritize and distribute prospect inquiry tickets based on enrollment counselors' skills and experience.

engage2serve allows the faculty to report academic, psychological or behavioral student issues and refer them to advising, counseling and tutoring sessions. e2s career platform is a job board, which allows students to create resumes, set reminders, make appointments and enroll in mentorship programs, improving employability. Additionally, administrators can create dashboards and utilize the drag-and-drop interface to gain insights into marketing budgets, recruitment performance, return-on-investment (ROI) and admissions efficiency.

engage2serve comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via documentation, live chat, phone, email and other measures.
