- It is an easy system to learn and customer service is great. Their classes online are a great tool to use while trying to learn the system and they're free.
- I love the ease of functionality in finding and creating accounts. I like the connection with Blackbaud Merchant Services for an all in one platform.
Cons
- I struggle every time I need to build a query or running a report. Customer service is not helpful/accesible.
- Bad customer support, 14 steps required to get a printout of your donors alphabetically and even more for something more complicated. Nearly 100 hours of training required to be able to use it.
Pros
- I like the simplicity of the software and it's ease of use for both admin and users which is important for Alumni relations departments where technological knowledge may be limited.
- This platform is very exciting and welcomed by our Alumni. It has many features and exclusivity for our approved members.
Cons
- The reporting (GA) functionality is very limited, there is not enough flexibility and manipulation on our end to edit or change things.
- Quite hard to precisely know, which and how notifiactions will be sent, so sometimes you'll have to create a fake account, to actually see it.
