Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the ease of functionality in finding and creating accounts. I like the connection with Blackbaud Merchant Services for an all in one platform.
- The auto reminders and calendaring are super helpful. The seamless integration with online giving was also a blessing.
Cons
- Bad customer support, 14 steps required to get a printout of your donors alphabetically and even more for something more complicated. Nearly 100 hours of training required to be able to use it.
- I didn't realize that I was tied into a 2-year contract and even though I hated the product and stopped using it they continued to charge me for the next 18 months until the contract period ended.
Pros
- Great platform and easy to use. Very intuitive and simple interface that even a beginner like myself can figure out.
- Over the years that I have been using it, their software has become dramatically better and seems to still be improving.
Cons
- Some donors seem to have trouble cancelling their donations themselves so maybe make the FAQ or directions on how to do that more accessible to them.
- My package limited the number of words in my text messages.
