Organizations can create a customizable website for their event where supporters can learn about the event, register, purchase sponsorships, make donations, and pay online. The experience is designed to be simple for supporters — they do not need to create an EventEase account, remember another username or password, or download an app to participate. EventEase supports credit card and ACH payments as well as offline payments such as checks and cash. Offline orders can be entered and tracked alongside online transactions, giving organizers one place to see what has been ordered and paid. EventEase does not charge a service fee on offline payments. Sponsorships can also be managed through EventEase. Organizations can create sponsorship packages, collect sponsor information and logos, track payments, and send invoices with direct payment links when a sponsor prefers to be billed. For peer-to-peer fundraising events, registered participants can receive personal fundraising pages to share with... friends and family. Donations are credited to the participant while the funds go to the organization, allowing organizers to track individual fundraising progress alongside the rest of the event. EventEase is used for charity golf tournaments, galas, school and PTO fundraisers, sports events, runs and walks, concerts, sponsorship drives, community events, and other fundraising events. Previous events can be duplicated, making it especially useful for organizations running annual or recurring events. EventEase does not require a monthly subscription and does not ask an organization's supporters to tip EventEase during checkout. Organizers can choose to give supporters the option to contribute toward transaction costs, but that contribution benefits the organization rather than serving as a tip to the software platform. EventEase also emphasizes personal support. Customers can reach real people for help with setup, questions, and the details that come up while planning and running an event. The goal is simple: give organizers the tools they need to run their event while keeping registration, giving, and payment as easy as possible for their supporters. Best we've ever encountered. You need to talk to the leader - he gets on the phone with you. #### Cons This isn't a criticism of Eventease, but the credit card fees can add up (especially for larger purchases). This is why it's so great that they offer ACH and the ability to pay outside of the platform (the latter being the less favorable option, but it's nice to have it) #### Reasons for switching to EventEase Primarily, the cost. EventEase is designed for use by 501c3 organizations like ours, and anticipates what is required to set up an event. EventEase staff will work with you to tailor the application to your event needs. Execellent customer service. Lower fee structure than others. #### Cons I can't think of a thing that I would want changed. #### Reasons for switching to EventEase Lower fees at EventEase. The support for any questions we had was excellent. We are using EventEase for our National Conference for the second year in a row. Our Association is small and holds one conference annually with an average attendance of 65. In the past we received the conference registration form in house and then proceeded to run the credit cards and manually register attendees for the Conference. In 2022 we made the decision to move to EventEase for our registration services and we are extremely happy that we made the move. No longer do we have registration forms come into the office for processing. Now, individuals register themselves and add their information to the system. We then simply run a report and have all the information we need. This saves hours of time. The reports which EventEase staff have written and provided to us are specific to our Association and what we need to hold a successful conference. I have found that if I need a change, they are quick to make the change. Communication. This is so important in this day and age. At no time have I waited more than a few hours to receive a response to my email and the response time is normally within the hour (or within a few minutes). Their attention to detail and response time is so important to a small Association. It is extremely easy for our attendees and sponsors to use. EventEase processes the credit card and notifies us of the registration and the total amount of payment, less fees and net amount going into our bank account. They wrote the reports that I needed, specifically for our Association. The reports are easy to read and easy to download and work with. #### Cons I think the hardest part was on my side, learning the system. However, EventEase spent the time to assist me with the "learning" and continues to answer any and all questions which I come up with. #### Reasons for choosing EventEase Communication. The [sensitive content hidden] of EventEase was open with me, gave me a "test" system to look at and use prior to us signing up. [sensitive content hidden] and his team create an exceptional website that is not only easy to use and logical to follow for donors, but they are efficient and quick with changes we request. The technology is user friendly and our participants found the site easy to navigate and process transactions. More importantly, I get streamlined reporting on donations and totals as well as information that I can use easily to thank donors and track our donations. I don’t know what we would do without EventEase and the support that stands behind it. The efficiency the platform provided saved us. He is incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I can honestly say we could not make this scholarship work without EventEase. No one has ever complained to me about it. It's safe and secure and easy. I also love the fact that I can add pictures which personalizes it and really connects with donors. #### Cons Last year we asked for addresses to be included in the tracking reports and this year we got that.
