I love that the CRM is used both in advocacy and email marketing seamlessly. It's easy to put together lists to send emails to and the advocacy tools are as good as any I've come into contact with.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but documentation is clear, and at its most basic set up you can still do everything you need to do with it before you learn some of the more advanced features.

They also have some cool twitter and email integrations that make it really easy to create online actions for people to take and helps us engage our volunteer base more effectively.

Their responses to our questions were ambiguous, unhelpful and mostly petty. If I could, I would blast how horrible EA is to everyone I know.

EveryAction is a great, albeit expensive, CRM that arguably justifies its costs. Its support team is reliable, helpful, and prompt.

Sometimes its a bit overwhelming. There are a lot of tutorials which make it difficult to select from especially when you need a quick read.

EveryAction, overall, has been pretty helpful and customer service has been quick to answering our questions.

I have had a fabulous experience working with everyone at Every Action. Their support staff are knowledgeable about the tools and quick to respond.

Site map can be a bit confusing regarding where to edit or update information.

Note: EveryAction is weak on administering Events.

User interface is easy to use. On-line help is detailed and usable.

Product is limited and customer service is the worst.

We've also been able to integrate our email program and our donor database which has been huge for our organization.

It was our organization's first-ever donor database and an excellent investment for our team in our early days.

Our organization had been with a Blackbaud product for many years and were challenged in ease of use and functionality.

The email functionality of this software is good -- it can create nice-looking emails that are mobile responsive.

This section is encompassing especially for the kind of jobs we have on our plate. Our organising team have been gratefully harnessing its simplicity and ease of use.

Lack of  traditional  fundraising reports such as lybunt report or donor profile. Also being able to see last constituents searched.

I love the report customization. In my role I have to submit different reports to different departments, and this lets me easily customize a report for their needs.

The one thing I like about this tool is it reporting functions, as oppose to other CRM  tool, EA gives management a real time glance of progress across the entire operation of their engagement.

Integration was easy and the product is generally not difficult to use. Especially now that they've added drag -and-drop functionality for the emails.

I really like that they have very deep records you can keep on a donor. I also love that they are constantly adding features and working to improve their software.

IMIS easily integrates with many third party software developers to further enhance our iMIS investment.

This software sometimes behave weird and hang.

Difficult to upgrade from one version to another.

There are so many version upgrades every now and then, it is so difficult to catch up with the latest software version. It requires too much money.

Overall this is a great AMS. I was never involved in the pricing but I understand that it is expensive but it can handle complicated membership models.

Very helpful for new users or people just getting started...or if you need ideas on how to do something. Can integrate with other products.

Good fit for our organization and has a wide range of integrated products that we also use.

The best aspects of this product are the fact that you can generate quick queries on the fly using the built in query system (IQAs).

The learning subscription and performance improvement program have been worthwhile for us as well.

The system is pretty intuitive and easy to use, to customize and to report out from.

The excellent customer service makes up for any issues I run into.

It's customizable features are really a bonus and I love that I can share customized data with our board directly in their dashboard.

Overall i liked this software which is perfectly designed for the membership management and easy to use. A lot of online training are available and annual iMIS conference is a great place to attend.

Some limits in some areas. Complicated scripts/reports don't transfer over well into iMIS web, need to overhaul reports to make them work.

The cost and the effectiveness of the program are superb.

The newest reporting tool is exciting, as is the new form builder. We're able to integrate tradeshow, LMS, and app software into iMIS, which allows us to streamline business across the association.

If you hire someone new, it can be hard to get them trained on all the features...especially if they have no previous database experience.

Some missing reporting - it is a membership system yet unlike modules for meetings, orders, etc. it is not able to produce a membership receipt for dues payments through the system.

Lack of support because the company is suppor. Low amount of partners, limited selection.

When we first got iMIS we had alot of customization which as we upgrade does create some problems.

The ASI portion of what is written, old archaic, a staple in the design can cause some reporting to look and act obsolete.

Decision making is now ease. Appropriate dashboards created quick decision making and the availing of any sort of reports which initially was a challenge.

The overall experience has been wonderful with iMIS. I have been involved with NiUG, the user group for iMIS and I've attended various events.
