  • Pros

  • Ease of use and customization. GDPR features are amazing.
  • Great contant and task management, great e-mail tracking - it simply does what I expect.
  • Cons

  • Application updates sometimes have problems after deploymentThere is a problem with the limitation for offlining the database, since it runs locally on the SQL Express server (local db).
  • Occasional application crash, some data fields are different from Outlook.

  • The product is great and integrated smoothly. Adoption of the product was the biggest challenge.
  • The integrated zoom is a huge bonus. We also love being able to keep everything in one place and clear out emails.
  • Cons

  • There are occasionally errors when I upload documents, however the problem does not occur often.
  • All Adobe Acrobat bookmarks and markups including highlighting, comments, and added text are stripped out and lost when these documents are uploaded.
