  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. And the fact that there is no overhead price for organizations is amazing.
  • I love this platform and rave about it to everyone I talk to. Well designed, continually improving, and excellent customer service & easy to use.
  • I have had a very positive experience with Givebutter. The free training, implementation, and tech support has been superb.
  • Cons

  • It is less intuitive to edit personal information and I got confused about managing different campaigns, and how to direct people specifically one campaign.
  • It was a little difficult for me to navigate the butter ambassador website.
  • It's definitely the more feasible choice to have it turned on, but beware if your donors don't notice it, they might come back to you very unhappy.

  • Most of all, I appreciate the helpful customer support. They answer questions in a timely fashion and have made the overall experience really good.
  • I also like that there is the perfect amount of information displayed on the screen at one time. The software functions well, it is easy to enter data, and its lots of fun to generate reports.
  • The integrations with Google are appreciated. The price, for a small budget non-profit like ours, is pretty good.
  • Cons

  • I had a slight problem trying to import my old data on excel. It may have been "user error.
  • A few features are a little hard to find, seems weird that e-blasts are under campaigns.
  • Inability to connect offline recurring donations.
