  • Pros

  • Givebutter has a great team of specialists ready and willing to help you through your initial configuration as well as your ongoing work with the platform.
  • It works perfectly, and has all the features we need: peer-to-peer fundraising; team and fundraiser performance tracking; and alternative payment methods like Venmo, digital wallets and paypal.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes it was hard to coordinate when there are multiple fundraiser pages for one campaign.
  • It is less intuitive to edit personal information and I got confused about managing different campaigns, and how to direct people specifically one campaign.

  • As promised PayBee was really easy to implement and use and had most of the functionality we were hoping for as we launched our first virtual event.
  • PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • User customization is still restricted, roles and responsibility access, as currently there only two roles.
  • There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.
