  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. And the fact that there is no overhead price for organizations is amazing.
  • I love this platform and rave about it to everyone I talk to. Well designed, continually improving, and excellent customer service & easy to use.
  • I have had a very positive experience with Givebutter. The free training, implementation, and tech support has been superb.
  • Cons

  • It is less intuitive to edit personal information and I got confused about managing different campaigns, and how to direct people specifically one campaign.
  • It was a little difficult for me to navigate the butter ambassador website.
  • It's definitely the more feasible choice to have it turned on, but beware if your donors don't notice it, they might come back to you very unhappy.

  • It was an unbelievable frustrating surreal experience. I lost all trust and we cancelled the Service.
  • I feel as though those doing the development planning have NEVER worked in a church before, because of the amount of core functionality missing.
  • Have been using for church for past month, but received no bank deposits. This is in part to incorrect account # at front end, but after being corrected, still no deposits.
