I like the simplicity of the software and it's ease of use for both admin and users which is important for Alumni relations departments where technological knowledge may be limited.

The only problem is that we're struggling to get people on the website and that limits our ability to really connect people in different professions and locations.

This platform is very exciting and welcomed by our Alumni. It has many features and exclusivity for our approved members.

However, it was not chosen, because although it is a good platform, it has less functionality than the competitors and has a relatively high cost.

Excellent tool to connect students and alumni.

Specific for alumni, good linkedin integration (at the begining), and nice to start for a social alumni network, easy to setup.

Seamless, ease of use, offers an enhanced platform in which we can build a level of interest for our alumni to stay connected to our school. The ability to have our alumni connect in one place.

The reporting (GA) functionality is very limited, there is not enough flexibility and manipulation on our end to edit or change things.

Quite hard to precisely know, which and how notifiactions will be sent, so sometimes you'll have to create a fake account, to actually see it.

Graduway is great platform to engage with university alumini. Customer service is great and easy to use.

Student and alumni outreach and relationship management through newsletters & event announcements.

I cannot upload articles/documents to news items - which is really frustrating. I have to post it to our website first, and only then can I paste the link to the article on Graduway.

The Graduway product offered an excellent solution to our community by providing a user-friendly and dynamic directory, which was the main feature we were looking for in new software.

ThankView has been an awesome partner over the years. They seem to really care about their customers, and just about doing good in general.

I haven't found anything that I dislike thus far. I've experienced a few technical glitches on the platform itself but nothing that a quick refresh wouldn't take care of.

A lack of integration with our Blackbaud Raisers Edge database, however this is something they've been talking about implementing in the near future.

I've really enjoyed using the platform, and am hoping that more members of our advancement team will take advantage of all it has to offer.

This feature shows that ThankView is dedicated to always improving their product and making things the best they can be for clients.

The video editing is somewhat clunky. If we have a critical project, we download the videos and send them to our marketing team as they are gifted video editors.

ThankView not only makes the process easy to navigate, but FUN.

We're using ThankView to increase outreach with our student call center. They also send thank yous to our donors and gift anniversary reminders.

The ease of using the platform, as well as the integrations with other technology makes ThankView one of my most used tools.

I've been using this software for more than 2 years and have yet to find anything I dislike.

This product is the BEST because it's so easy to use.

We are still learning the software so it is hard to say at this time.

ThankView is easy to use. I love sending the video messages, but I especially love the capability to send video requests and get clips from our alumni and donors sent right into our video library.

We're still figuring out the integration process, but overall no negatives with this or the software as a whole.

Thankview is simple and user friendly enough that we were able to integrate it with our operations without having to give something else up.

This is a great product. It's intuitive enough that I was able to create my first messages just from viewing the demo.

Our overall experience with ThankView has been very positive. We love the product (it happens to be my favorite product that we've invested in in my 9 years in my role).

What I love most about ThankView is that is gives us a personal way to reach out to donors, while allowing to integrate a video directly into the email, versus having to link to YouTube or a website.

The ability to use excel spreadsheets of constituent data is extremely helpful however, it would be nice to also be able to integrate with our database.

I love how quickly a powerful touch can be created. As well as it's it's great tool to collect videos.

ThankView reaches people virtually, yet remains very personal. It allows us to deliver a delightful experience to folks in a really meaningful way, and it's incredibly easy to use.

Trying to coordinate the intro and outro can sometimes be confusing. Before I know it, I am at the point of the process where I send my messages.

In the earlier years you could use either text or email in one campaign. That is no longer the case anymore, you have to make two separate campaigns now, one for emails and one for text messages.

I am so glad that we partnered with ThankView, and it has been something that has surprised and delighted our donors.

I am eager to continue building out communications strategies that leverage ThankView's platform and am excited to deliver fun, relevant messaging to our constituents.

Every aspect from the introduction to use has been exceptional. We are lucky to have found them and are so grateful for their partnership.

The ease of personalizing and sending videos to a large audience. The price point made even a small shop like mine get the most bang for our stewardship budget.

Setting up the campaigns beforehand and then sending them out to prospect managers to record their videos has been so easy, and it's such a great touchpoint.

Of course, I highly recommend watching the support videos provided to make even better messages!). The personalization options are great for our needs, and I love the option to send via text or email.

The inability to upload information for  multiple individuals with the same email address within the same campaign.
