One of the best products on the market for volunteer management and superior customer service. I highly recommend HandsOn Connect as a volunteer management software of choice.

This is the most user-unfriendly program I have ever used. They have two separate admin portals, one that doesn't work, and the other is the most confusing admin portal I have ever seen.

Nothing comes close to providing the depth of resources available to help your organization and community effectively recruit volunteers.

The Salesforce platform takes time to learn how to use but once you are comfortable the ability to customize and create detailed reports is priceless.

These regular updates continue to improve the already impressive feature set, while extensive documentation serves as a ready reminder of how impressive a resource it is.

The support I've received from my representative has been quick and helpful.

The only way to get a human being online is to threaten cancelling the contract. Then they only spend 30 minutes with training and then send you to a list of videos, most of which are out-of-date.

While the multiple layers can seem daunting and may increase costs, they also afford options and flexibility.

Would need spanish version. Changes to the platform  or simply adding new features many times scare off users and create concerns of losing data and the need for retraining.

Need assistance from outside staff to implement major changes in the template. Limited in how forms look to our users.

The  screens for administrators-- letters are to small, information looks too congested/ confusing.

The search and calendar are useful tools to help navigate the many opportunities posted.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
