Pros
- This is a very straightforward donor platform. It is easy to use and if help is ever needed for our donation or event pages, customer service is immediately available.
- I especially appreciated being able to make changes day of when we had an opportunity to do a silent auction right away. Text message communication was terrific for us.
Cons
- We did have some difficulty integrating financial reports with our internal accounting system, leading to some frustration since numbers didn't exactly match up.
- There were truly no aspects of the software that were difficult to use or impaired our event. One feature that would have benefited us to have is more customization with the donation buttons.
Pros
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
- Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
