It's like driving a brand new car.

Humanitru is wonderful to use. It's like driving a brand new car that was built for our exact needs. The customer service team goes above and beyond my expectations.

PROS

Humanitru is easy to use, and because of that ease it has helped us find the capacity as a nonprofit to utilize our data. This has tremendously grown our development efforts and encouraged us to make data informed decisions. Our team is able to look at and read data about our constituents we couldn't before. I also appreciate that it is constantly growing and new features are added based on the feedback we supply.

CONS

There are a few kinks that I stumble upon every now and again. I think there is an opportunity to grow the events platform and make it more customizable so that it felt more immersive and like an extension of our website.

Humanitru had a great onboarding process that made us feel confident our team could be up and running quickly. Each part of the process was clearly defined.

Reasons for switching to Humanitru

Salesforce is a robust platform and is great for teams that have capacity to maintain it. At a smaller nonprofit, it did not fit our workflow.

Best Customer Service Around!

The stand-out here is definitely customer service. Humanitru has worked with us to help customize dash boards for very specific criteria.

PROS

The reporting functions are fairly simple compared to other CRMs. For example, as an end-user (not the expert at all) I am able to export an individual's giving history and sort by type of gift, gift date, etc. in a matter of minutes. Very simple.

CONS

Pledge management could be improved. It would be helpful to be able to more quickly see (1) pledged amount (2) amount paid to date (3) amounts outstanding (4) date due of amounts outstanding. When a pledge payment due date is passed without payment (and without verification) some systems roll that past due amount forward. In Humanitru I have to go into the past to see past due if that makes sense.

Reason for choosing Humanitru

Ease of conversion was key but that ease was driven by customer service. Also, the Humanitru salespeople had experience with the product and worked for the company. Trying to work with Blackbaud's channel sales force was a nightmare - some aspects of conversion were quoted by channel sales and some aspects were quoted by Blackbaud. Channel salespeople could not effectively explain what was covered by what fees. In short, a nightmare of a bid to even review.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is amazing. If it wasn't for him I am not sure we would still be customers.

PROS

I like the peer to peer option for fundrasing and the ticket sign up option for events.

CONS

There are a lot of glitches in all of the above. Payment clithes on mobile has been our most recent issues.

A great switch from a satisfied customer!

I would rate our experience fairly high. With every bump in the road, or challenge we faced the team was exceptional in guiding us through the process. We had some minor difficulty migrating our data from our old platform. It took a few tries to get it perfect, but the team was great in seeing the process to completion. We also experienced a few internal bumps in the road - when switching to a new system you struggle, especially when you were comfortable with some of the old ways of doing things. The Humanitru team has done everything they can to support and address any questions, concerns or assist with easy updates to make the switch worth it!

PROS

The integration of event platforms and the ability to do so much all in one place for a great value. Our old platform was pretty basic when it came to integrations and event planning capabilities. We spent so much time manually processing and inputting data from event related activities. We have only utilized the new platform for one event to-date, but the capabilities and ease of use are already proving to be well worth the switch!

CONS

The database is very complex which in some ways can be considered a pro. But at the same time, as a new user it has taken some time and incredible tech/customer service to help navigate, learn and setup the new system. It can be overwhelming at times to learn a new system, especially the very complex Reporting tool that Humanitru offers. Thank goodness for their responsive and helpful team to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Reasons for switching to Humanitru

This platform offered better capabilities for event planning services, and overall the system meets all of our needs for both a Development and Grant tracking database.

Best CRM our organization has ever used.

Best CRM I have ever used. Bottom Line. PERIOD!

PROS

We have been with Humanitru from the beginning. Everything we suggested, they implemented. Every capability we would have liked to have, they added it. However, what really sets this product apart is the unparalleled customer service. With previous products, you would email with a question, only to wait a couple of days for a response in hopes of getting to talk to someone. Not with Humanitru. You email them and they are on the phone with you within the day. They go above and beyond to help any way they can. I have and will continue to recommend this product to all of my nonprofit colleagues.

CONS

So far, anything I had a problem with, they addressed it and made it easier for me as a nonprofit. Hard to say what you like least when everyone goes above and beyond to make it better.
