It can be a slight learning curve but the ImportOmatic team is quick to educate and help with any issues that come up.

The ease of use has allowed us to widen the scope of data that we include in our Raiser's Edge database.

The de-duplication feature offered in the software has been incredible in building up integrity for existing agency data.

Customer support and the knowledge the engineers have with building custom imports is amazing.

Generally the problem ends with the help of customer service I am stuck with.

Overall, my experience with Omatic software has been and continues to be great.

I love that I don't have to create ImpID's for every field. I love that it imports so quickly.

The training was probably the most frustrating trying to find 3 hour blocks of time to get the training and profiles set up.

Our support person was very knowledgeable but went very fast and didn't spend enough focus going over the basics. We're still unclear about some of the data pull groups and how to process.

The ability to set up import dictionaries and use the API to manipulate the imported data is tremendously useful.

We recently expanded our services with Omatic to include their Luminate Online connector for RE and we are very excited to begin using it.

The import duplicate management tools are fabulous.

Omatic has fantastic customer support, and their representatives have worked hard to make the software work for us.

Once you have mastered or are much more comfortable with setting up profiles, it becomes an amazing tool.

I think the most difficult part of using Import-omatic is the regular expressions area of the dictionary.

ImportOmatic has been a great investment for our organization.

Run RELO at the same time as Luminate Connector – as the omatic group sync profile is causing too many problems to list.

I am now more comfortable with the whole process and grateful to have it. I haven't had the need to call for help in a while.

The customer support was the absolute best consultant. They were very knowledgeable and always willing and available to train and troubleshoot.

Help has been quite responsive and I am glad that for the most part they take the reigns.

The promise of ease and time saving sounded great, unfortunately that has not been our experience.

It is effective at locating duplicates and it's nice to have the options for creating queries of the records changed.

Deleting fields can be a pain but we can live with it.

That it is pretty user friendly and you can do most functions you want to.

It is easy to navigate and does have some good features like the in-tray and linked bank accounts.

Tried and tested and is a great product. Starting to price a little higher but still competitive - especially if you have employees.

When theres an error, sometimes its not clear what the source of the problem is. This can be frustrating and better error message text would be on the advice to developers list.

MYOB is hands down the best Accounting & Payroll Software solution for our clients and we highly recommend it.

I have found it to be slow and sluggish at times, some of the processes are over complicated and difficult to understand/process.

Support is terrible and slow, you'll quickly get sick of the on hold music. Doesn't matter once you've identified yourself as soon as you're transferred you'll have to do it again.

There is a great chance that your accountant is familiar with this and will be able to make great recommendations.

Creating customers while creating quotes or invoices is good to keep you moving easily. Good integration features, such as cards.

Valiant went through a 3rd party Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd for our set up and integration. They were excellent and their customer service is great.

They might have stolen but it has cost them a customer and I will tell everybody I meet to avoid that software and company like the plague.

Now it is not hat great, customer support needs a lot of improvement. Yet I think other competitors have their problems and overall MYOB is the best soft for a small business.

No real downsides to the system. As we were using Viberent as a custom software piece there were some glitches with the API integration but this is to be expected.

Offers features that I need to do to manage the Company Financials. Support has been great and responsive.

Reasonably easy to use but have found Xero to be much better in almost every way.

Simple in most cases to use and looks good, integrates with our hire software well , if any issues the help section normally answers the query so no need for customer service.

There are a number of different portals with different purposes and I would get lost sometimes navigating the various sites.

Very easy to navigate and simple to use. Search function for invoices is good now that you can see POs.

From my experience the online support chat is helpful when needed. The myob capture app is great for recording receipts and invoices on the go for allocation later on desktop.

Terrible technical support, slow and hard to understand.

As a small business owner not trained in the art of accounting there wasn't a lot we found easy about using MYOB  Essentials. The reporting process at the end is probably our highlight.

Limited features and limited expandability compared to Xero. No was to have a back up of accounting file on your computer.

Easy to signup and simple setup to get things started. Pricing - Special offer for new start ups.

Sending files to our Accountant at the end of the tax year was a pain.

Invoice shows when customer / vendor have viewed (SUPER HELPFUL). Intray for emailing receipts and tracking.
