"Their ability to create segments, use filters, and create email campaigns integrated with forms is very helpful for maintaining donor relationships"

"I can't email both or all members of a household at once. If I filter a report and then export it, it navigates from that filtered page and if I want to back and review it, I have to put all the filters back in."

"The actual functionality of the tool covers 80% of what we need, which we consider good. Because the support team is very slow to respond, this unfortunately counteracts the effectiveness of Keela as a donor management platform."
