The worst I have every experience with software company's.

It offers many tools for CRM management that benefit organizations with small teams like ours. The best tool in Keela is the Projects Tab, Keela Forms, and Email Blasts.

An excellent software that is affordable and user friendly.

If you are not very computer literate, it is difficult to navigate, a couple of our board members cannot/will not use the program.

Love that everything is all in one program. Donations forms, donor management, tasks and the integrations with popular programs we already used (QuickBooks, Stripe).

It's been great to have access for Keela for any that needs it and it's been great for our fundraising.

Their customer service is over the top. Everyone is super kind and extremely responsive to issues and concerns.

Keela is easy to use and low cost with great integration with other applications.

Overall I am very happy with Keela. The customer support has been excellent and they're quick to respond.

The integration and import of all of our current data was seamless and quick and if we ever ran into any issues, customer service was very helpful.

We have had some struggles with the integration with other vendors-specifically MailChimp.

I am happy to have one piece of software at that does not require customization and is affordable for a small non-profit like ours.

It can be challenging to learn how to work the e-blast letters and setting up the campaign. Its difficult to get answers quickly.

Overall, it has been amazing to track and email all of our various supporters, track donations, and keep our entire team coordinated.

It has a very clean look and it is somewhat easy to get around within the database. The customer support team is very responsive as well which is lovely.

Customer Service is fantastic. Layout and look of software is appealing.

Unable to filter with multiple tags. Hard for complete computer newbies.

I love the smart list feature to tease out certain profiles and get some statistics. Being able to store correspondence information is great, especially for sharing the information with staff.

The cost of the software if excellent and it links to several other programs we use. Customer Service is great when I do reach out for help.

It was easy to import our donor information from Excel to Keela. I like the ability to track all of our donor contacts we make with them.

More importantly than money saved is the improved donor experience that we can now provide.

I am new to using systems like this, but it has been very user friendly. I love the different organizational tools that all make sense.

This is our first data management that we’ve used so I’m not sure what would be missing.

For example, see above when I mentioned the problem with state abbreviations.

The integrations with Google are appreciated. The price, for a small budget non-profit like ours, is pretty good.

It is a great CRM for our needs. It has increased the ability to share contacts and all associated correspondence and information.

Inability to connect offline recurring donations.

I find the software very easy to use. The customer database is laid out very well and I love you can track emails through gmail.

It's pretty dynamic, and I appreciate that they are always looking to create more ease and functionality for users.

The price point is REALLY amazing for very small, young charities.

They are friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. The software is simple to use and is a great way to streamline multiple spreadsheets.

A few features are a little hard to find, seems weird that e-blasts are under campaigns.

The customer service has been good, the platform offers a robust feature set with good customization.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
