It had a good price point that included CRM and event and peer to peer platform.

Sorry, that's not available either. Aside from the reporting being quite limited, the overall building of reports is very poor and not very intuitive.

Easy to use, even for those of us who aren't tech savvy, they have excellent customer support, and the price is great.

The tools for building a site and administering your group look awesome. I've set up a Box account (which is used for its document management capabilities) and the integration works great.

Nicole designed a beautiful banner. MemberPlanet helped me not only set up a great website for our booster club but also helped design and manage  a major capital campaign for us.

Inability to manage members by bulk. Absolutely terrible tech support or responsiveness to customer needs.

I have been trying to bring an existing group online and have run into one problem after the next. It was almost impossible to predict these issues when assessing our vendor options.

Previously we used several websites to manage our booster clubs along with donations, membership, sponsorships, email and text message. This was often very frustrating as team coordinator.

We even created a donation form that was used for our guests to donate money as a gift towards funds for our trip. Customer service was great too.

Reporting features can be delayed making accounting reconciliation a nightmare. Also, this database does not let you include someone without an email.

Customer service is friendly, helpful, fast and responsive. The reporting features are excellent which makes the reconciliation process so much easier from a accounting prospective.

We are a very small company and found the pricing very affordable and absolutely love all the features this platform offers.

Its perfect for nonprofit organization. The donation campaign setup easy and quick with using the built in templates.

Compared several products prior to signing up with Member Planet. It has fulfilled what we needed to it initially and has been a very good end-user experience to those wanting to donate to our cause.
