  • Pros

  • We love the flexibility and the management options we have in the giving platform. It integrates seamlessly and effectively.
  • It enables several categories that allow me to designate my donation to tithe, offering, missions, and other church operations. I appreciate that I can choose to pick a one-time or recurring gift.
  • I love that it is easy to use and that it is easy for our church members to use. I also really like that Trent and others are easily accessible through the chat button at any moment.
  • Cons

  • I don't know that I have a problem with the software, the only problem I had was in the delays processing the ACH transactions. This takes forever, such a bummer.
  • We lost revenue based on them not being able to fix the issue and I feel we lost some trust with our congregation.
  • We've tried to customize some areas of the system, but have been unsuccessful.

  • Subsplash provides great visual design and lots of customization. The user interface is easy to use, attractive, and perfect for allowing our organization to put our information out there.
  • The people there and the team is amazing, the software is ever-improving, ... i highly recommend it.
  • Overall, I'm glad that we switched over to Subsplash. Their customer support is fantastic and they have been very responsive.

  • In my opinion, the online demo is misleading to the point of dishonest.
  • Lagging due to connectivity issues was periodically a problem.
  • The graphics library is also a bit cumbersome to use, as it simply stores all graphics you’ve uploaded, and gives you no way to sort or filter them.
