Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • very easy to use and very helpful to the business

  • It's easy to use! I love the reports tab! I love that I can ask for specific reports! It's nice to have access to how to videos as well.

  • Cons

  • The editor to create messages and form is a little confusing. It's nothing that can't be overcome, but it would be nice if the editor was more flexible.

  • The discussion area/board is not as robust as it could be. Our last platform had the ability for members to post and have it immediately shared. Also, an app for MemberClicks would be ideal.

  • Pros

  • I like its simplicity as well as it's ability to friends other. I like how it shows the people who are in your organization & suggest them as friends

  • Great tool to track our service. It allows for all of our members to really take initiative in being accountable for their hours.

  • Cons

  • The color scheme. To be honest, it's hard to see sometimes due to the lack of contrast. White and very light baby blue is very hard to read.

  • It would be nice if there was an easier way to click through all the service hours documented, but other than that none really.
