I love the ability to control and update our website so easily. Credit card procesing is clean, easy to use, and provides a smooth transaction as well as easy of paperwork.

The database is easy to navigate, member profiles are clear with the ability to add a lot of information, performing tasks within the database is easy.

GrowthZone saves us time which equals money. It's like having another person in my office.

Management of data, events, and revenue in one platform. Member communications abilities.

Field naming is inconsistent and many times not working as a true relational database.

It's been super to use and customer service has always been prompt and so very helpful.

I think it is great and has only gotten better with time and updates. I really like the time saving features this AMS has brought to our board.

The mails always get caught in people's spam filters (including renewal invoices) -  it limits things we can do with our web page.

It's amazing to have one place for all our member data.

I've used ChamberMaster at a previous Chamber, and LOVED the product. When I came to my current position, I was very excited that they (the Board) was already investigating a conversion to CM/GZ.

What i like most about GrowthZone software is the customization.

We love how easy CM is to work worth and how they are continually adding new features as requested by users. We use many but not all features.

Sometimes editing communication templates and billing documents can be confusing and small changes can cause changes in other areas.

The great support, on-going, professional, always there to address your questions and very interested in your feedback and experience.

We also have not integrated our billing systems and manually updating everything so that the software communicates with other programs is a pain.

We like GZ's ability to give a good view of member activity. I like that when I am on the phone with a member, I can see their engagement, make notes, and create follow up task items.

Ability to track sales calls is amazing; ability to connect member to member correspondence.

I love how user-friendly it is. It is also great to use on the go via the mobile app.

I also love that they are always open to suggestions to make their product better/more user friendly.

This is confusing, you need a lot of training and not intuitive for the average user. You must be a web pro to understand the back end functions.

The other big benefit is in event tracking. The things that were once accomplished by spreadsheets are now integrated with calendars and social media and available through the Internet.
