  • Pros

  • I love how easy it is to use, as well as the customer service. Everyone is pleasant, prompt and so helpful.
  • Overall, GrowthZone has been so good for my membership and myself. The ease of use is just the best and I am so happy that I switched.
  • I love the ability to control and update our website so easily. Credit card procesing is clean, easy to use, and provides a smooth transaction as well as easy of paperwork.
  • Cons

  • We also have not integrated our billing systems and manually updating everything so that the software communicates with other programs is a pain.
  • Sometimes editing communication templates and billing documents can be confusing and small changes can cause changes in other areas.
  • This is confusing, you need a lot of training and not intuitive for the average user. You must be a web pro to understand the back end functions.

  • They way you book for a service is very good, the dashboards they have are very good on the system. The system provides an insight snapshot to what is going on today which is great.
  • I like your personalized attention and that your response has made me feel valued as a customer and gives me the confidence that I am supported at all times.
  • You can favorite the places you frequent so it's easy to access exactly where you want to book. I like the flexibility and it helps that you can use it on your phone as well as computer.
  • Cons

  • This system is a constant source of grief. It double charges clients all the time, they say they are "trying" to get it to stop, meanwhile I get a dozen furious calls a week from clients who complain.
  • It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.
  • Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.
