  • Pros

  • We like GZ's ability to give a good view of member activity. I like that when I am on the phone with a member, I can see their engagement, make notes, and create follow up task items.
  • I love how easy it is to use, as well as the customer service. Everyone is pleasant, prompt and so helpful.
  • I love the ability to control and update our website so easily. Credit card procesing is clean, easy to use, and provides a smooth transaction as well as easy of paperwork.
  • Cons

  • We also have not integrated our billing systems and manually updating everything so that the software communicates with other programs is a pain.
  • Sometimes editing communication templates and billing documents can be confusing and small changes can cause changes in other areas.
  • This is confusing, you need a lot of training and not intuitive for the average user. You must be a web pro to understand the back end functions.

  • I love the New App and the online access. We have used Twin Oaks for several years and the online system is much more user friendly!!! We are very happy so far with what they are doing.
  • What impressed me the most was the advance preparation and relatively seamless transition. We were able to customize our software to our industry and have been able to "tweak" it as we go.
  • The software is very easy to use, versatile and comprehensive. Twin Oaks entire staff, including customer service/support staff is by far the best.
  • Cons

  • It also makes it difficult manually to clock in because the employees have to change their password so often that they forget it. The biggest complaint is the merchant card service charges.
  • The reports are very frustrating as the instructions are not clear and selection criteria is extremely confusing. It is frustrating to run reports and not obtain report data that is consistent.
  • Customizing modules or pages is mostly impossible, so you are often stuck with a bunch of stuff/clutter on a page that you don't use or need.
