It has made communication, assigning tasks and monitoring task execution so much easier.

This has helped us to keep our volunteers on tasks when it comes to job assignments, schedules and communication.

I'm very satisfied with it's success rate for our church and parachurch organizations so I can't say there are any cons.

This program makes it very easy for music leaders / members or directors. It is a dream for pastors whom have to go through the ritual of weekly preparing their services. You could just add songs, sermons and attach documents. It is easy to sign up members and easy to follow the instructions. We have a total new experience after started with MindMyMinistry and every week we as a team are looking forward to our church service. The great thing about the program is it is user friendly. It takes just a few minutes to realize how a helpful and powerful tool this program is. Most work is done even long before a Sunday starts and takes all the stress related issues away of Sunday services. Highly recommended!

We have really enjoyed using Mind My Ministry. The customer service has been outstanding, and we love that the product is simple in comparison to other similar products out there. We were able to get a good handle on the system in half - one hour, as opposed to spending hours trying to learn something new! This is a great product, not just to add song, set lists and events, but also to communicate with the team! The team member can also inform the planner, months in advance of leave or unavailability so there is no last minute issues. The back up is great! The program can also be altered for individual needs

It's sooo practical to have this tool under your belt. Preparing the admin for a service becomes much easier.

Perhaps the visual of the software looks a bit simplistic.
