Pros/Cons
Pros
- What I like most about MonkeyPod is that they are accommodating & understanding of nonprofits, the work they do, and the features that best support their work.
- I feel that they not only listen to our organization's needs, but they really care about helping us to make data-based decisions to more successfully serve our community.
- I also love that it's a small company with staff based in Hawai'i. They are very responsive, supportive and quick to adapt and improve their features.
Cons
- Horrible - tried to cancel and couldn't even though they knew - they still charged me - a non profit.
- It’s a little hard to navigate. Setting up the different tags and accounts can be confusing.
- I still have trouble intuiting what is meant by various accounting terms, but am learning.
Pros
- The NXT version is wonderful for day to day recording of donor activity, etc. The analytics is awesome for planning purposes and love how it alerts you to possible lapsed donors.
- Product: ease of use and friendly interface for all department users- seamless compatibility with MS Office. Vendor: great customer service and quick response.
- Our gift officers love this product, and the ease of use has really increased their documentation in constituent records.
Cons
- I don't think it is intentional deception, just a failure to be thorough in investigation of needs.
- This is not the first time I have had this SAME experience from the new Blackbaud. New leadership appears to be clueless to the horrible experiences from their staff.
- The last update caused problems with our integration with the Education Edge.
