  • Pros

  • The ease of use in all aspects - donation tracking, fundraising campaign setup and monitoring, reporting, etc. are so much appreciated after working for so long without that ease.
  • We have only used the free version so we are hoping this is as great as we are expecting.
  • It's a great product, you get access to so much support and a robust knowledge base filled with guides and training that will help a lot. It's intuitive and really friendly.
  • Cons

  • NeonPay was a disaster, the reporting is horrendous, the fees don't add up, mysterious 'other' charges appear, if you have refunds, they are not properly accounted for.
  • Read their 'comments' in their support center - eye opening. This is a dishonest company with poor support and a subpar product.
  • The inability to email registrants for an event from the event registration page is unfortunate.

  • Love Zeffy, love the person I spoke to about it ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] you are amazing!) who explained everything, took time to show me the whole platform.
  • Our experience thus far has been outstanding. We love the ease of using it, our donors love how easy it is to set up their donation, and customer support has been outstanding.
  • I am so thrilled with our experience so far. I am very happy we saved money on credit card processing fees, but even happier to have save hours of manual receipting.

  • If Zeffy charged for the platform or cc fees, we would look at comparable platforms.
  • I am one of the organizers of a recent fundraising event for a non-profit organization. I became aware of Simplyk quite by accident and was intrigued by their business model.
  • Otherwise, I don't have anything to criticize them about. They are still growing and they have been willing to adapt and modify as needed.
