Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

Great solution for coordinating members to serve, great way for our musicians to communicate and prepare for leading music on Sundays, and an app for giving that our members feel comfortable using.

We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.

My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.

As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin  twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.

Customer Service is incredible. Fun, loving people want to help your church minister to and reach more people.

I love the ease of use and beauty of this product. It makes my life very simple.

I often struggle to find what I'm looking for. It's difficult to navigate and can be frustrating at times.

I love that Planning Center has the ability to keep large groups of people/staffs on task and well aware of what is going on. I also love all the customizations you can add to it.

Overall, I think Planning Center is a good product...when you figure something out and it does what you want it to do, it's amazing.

I love how easy it is to use and share with others. It's ease of use is so simple that it takes little to no time to train others how to use it.

Overall, for the price, this software is a fantastic solution for small to mid-size churches.

I enjoy that I have the ability to play audio files in the background. This is a huge advantage when driving, which I do a great deal of.

Overall, it is working great for us. There are a few things that are tricky, but it was easy to learn and the functions they do have work great.

I love how easy it is to use and set up your worship service. I also like how my team members can see anything I would like them to see.

The only thing i can think of is there is no undo option. When someone accidentally makes a change, I haven’t found a way to recover it.

It is affordable, easy to use, and they have excellent customer service.

It's just getting to that point which is the pain for the majority of the time.

Planning Center is price friendly and versitile, has an excellent mobile app, and integrates well into many other software titles.

Using the Forms allows me to seamlessly pull off a big event with great communication and acquiring the needed information from volunteers.

The staff is great about training those who need it, the interface is pleasing to the eye and it's easy to learn within minutes.

Great - they seem to be investing in more development...we need to be able to connect people more - and groups more and with ease and text one another and such.

PCO will integrate with literally hundreds if not thousands of other faith-based platforms making it super easy to connect it all together.

I love the ability to keep everyone organized into one program. Planning Center is great for organizing your teams and scheduling people to serve in different ministries.

It is annoying, but that is the only flaw I have found with the application.

Around Services and Check ins, Planning Center has been exceptional with customer service and helping us sort through issues. Their tutorial videos are also great.

Overall it has been able to help keep up with everyone and keep organized,  also the integration with other apps is very helpful.

It integrates well with other software we use (e.g. ProPresenter) and has an excellent free iOS app.

Planning Center by Ministry Centered Technologies is a suite of cloud-based applications that are used to support team leaders and members in planning, scheduling and managing church programs and events. The solution’s "Services" module supports tools to keep media organized. Users can upload and tag media and files to locate the right song or video for your service, then schedule and stay in contact with team members overseeing or participating in that service.


Planning Center provides a "Resources" module that allows leaders to reserve rooms and publish event calendars to manage church resources. The events, rooms and resources have their own calendar feed that syncs with calendar programs, including Outlook, iCal and Google Calendar, to remove scheduling conflicts. Calendar feeds can also be set up to display on kiosks, so church members can see upcoming events displayed on tablets, touchscreens and televisions in common areas.
