Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

Being to able to track the progress of multiple submissions is worth the cost.

It's always when the publisher/competition requests its use. I have no reason to use it beyond that.

The forms are easy to build, I can create a lot of them to cover the gaps for subsequent applicant communication.

Submitable kept us from loosing our minds. Before using this product we often lost submissions, relying on our editors own, made up, system.

Its ease of use sure beats licking stamps and endless trips to the printer, and I love that I can track all my submissions in one place.

It's all very well thought out and makes collection and responding to submissions of any kind super easy. The ability to collect payment for contests or other submissions is also invaluable.

A great tool for film program and media asset management.

What I like most about submittable is the community it offers for me as a writer. It allows me the opportunity to streamline my submissions for certain writing projects.

Overall the experience has been great from the customer service to application management.

I only fear is when requesting assistance and I receive a auto reply email stating it will take about 1 or 2 days for a response turn around that is entirely too long so I call for service.

Ease of navigation and simplicity of venue overall for users writers, editors, administrators, etc.

I use a pen name myself, and the absence of this feature has caused me some trouble.

It has been a positive experience for our team, not only has it improved our processes it has offered more tools for our team and clients.

We use this software for our annual scholarships and awards. This is a great product, with a lot of options to customize.

Great flexibility for building a workflow for grant management.

Tracking the progress of my submissions is amazing. Everything is there and I don't have to chart it on a separate document.
