There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.

VeryConnect is a compact software which gives you all the features you need with a price tag that doesn't hurt.

There a few occasions as admin where links take you back to the home page rather than back to the menu you were using (minor annoyance when getting used to working with the platform).

The user interface for both the members and admin is clean, intuitive and easy to use. Lastly, the support is excellent.

Very connect were the eventual winners, based on value for money, functionality and ease of use.

The platform is very flexible in terms of the ability to customize features and add functionality as time goes on.

Being able to do this based on feedback from the members has had a big impact on our ability to improve member retention and grow the business.

The blogs are popular and give our Scholars an opportunity for reflective learning. Customer support is swift and any questions we've had have been answered quickly.

Clear communication with no surprises. Problems are solved quickly and the response time is great despite the time zone differences.

VeryConnect has also been very helpful in setting up all the membership tiers we required and we have upgrade/downgrade options planned for the future so everything is fully automated.

It's a shame that the product is no longer located in our county.

However, as the software is in the constant development I have no doubt that it will improve in the near feature.

The ability to seamlessly integrate ISSUU has been fantastic, and our members really love the 'Address Book' feature as  a means to network with other professionals within the industry.

A simple to use platform with fantastic customer support.

Before the launch VeryConnect provided helpful training and instructions, and the customer support is always rapid and friendly. The look and feel of the software is fully in line with our branding.

Intuitive, looks great and does what it says on the tin. Flexible and great for building engagement.

Nothing to say here except that I regret not finding it sooner.

Our clients and volunteers have also found it easy to use and we are very pleased with how quickly our community is growing.

The only downside with this platform is the functionality of the email campaigns feature.
