Software Advice lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Users can talk to our advisors for free to receive software recommendations matching their needs. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to reach users interested in their products.
Software Advice carefully verified over 2 million reviews to bring you authentic software experiences from real users. Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
Researchers at Software Advice use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or talk to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

"Network for Good offers a donor management system that is intuitive, accessible, and well-suited for small to mid-sized nonprofits looking to streamline their fundraising and stewardship efforts."
"I also like the new AI tool for creating reports I was able to ask for reports that reflected favorable outcomes just to test it out and it was clever enough to figure out what data looks decent and to send that to me. Although we haven't used it I think the text and video tools are a nice option."
"The clean interface makes common tasks like entering donations, pulling donor histories, and sending acknowledgments straightforward."
"I think for me having a couple of categories to enter the information into is unnecessary because most of the time it's duplicated when I have the drop-down option to disseminate where the funds are to be attributed to and for what cause."
"That said, the main reason for this review is Bonterra as a company seems to be going for the buying up all the small companies to weed out competition strategy instead of actually improving their product or user experience. Since they bought out Network for Good we went from having an account representative who we could get on the phone to having to beg to get in the faceless cue of a ticketing system whenever I have any issue."
"Every attempt to contact customer service resulted in automated replies, endless ticket numbers, and generic responses—but never an actual human being willing to take ownership of the problem."
