Innovative advocacy tools to make the most impact and diversify engagement

New/Mode is greatly attentive to their customers' needs, and is always open to working with them to find the solutions that they need, or add the features that they request. It's been an extremely enjoyable partnership.

Pros

New/Mode provides a wide variety of tools to help engage supporters in taking actions that will make a real policy difference. Whether it's emailing, calling, tweeting, writing letters to the editor, or many of the newer features with social media integration, these tools help provide many different channels to help reach supporters where they are at, and to also increase their participation in future actions. From a user perspective, taking online actions has never been easier. From an administrator perspective, setting up actions is intuitive and quick.

Cons

While I respect the need to continue innovation and stay ahead of the market, I would like more emphasis to be paid on core functionalities, as we've continued to have some CRM sync issues or Google analytics problems.

Easy to use, affordable and values driven.

Pros

How easy it was for our activists to take action on their Letter to the Editor tool. Also, we were surprised by how many were published.

Cons

I am not a tech person so anything tech I do not automatically love. I found New/Mode to be pretty easy to embed. I would like New/Mode to offer an email CRM.

Reasons for Choosing New/Mode

Their values. I know for sure that they do not support the folks we are fighting against. I know for sure that most of their competitors believe it necessary to play both sides. You can't serve the green movement and the fossil fuel industry at the same time.
