Full Featured Online Giving Software

ParishSOFT Giving has been a welcome solution that has been easy to establish and maintain. The documentation including video tutorials have been extremely helpful. The technical support staff has always been available to explain how to do something or to help fix something that is not working as expected.

PROS

The greatest benefit to our organization is that ParishSOFT Giving integrates to our Family Record Keeping System. This allows statements of giving to include both online giving and gifts of cash or checks on end of year tax statements.

CONS

The most challenging aspect of this software is the creation of custom forms. However, the staff has been excellent in providing the technical support to help me create all forms that I have needed.

Online Giving

ParishSoft giving is a reliable and secure platform to do automatic donations. It is customize to the needs of the Parish, with a click in the website or APP it integrates with ParishSoft giving and it is affordable and easy to use for parishioners.

PROS

It is reliable, and easy to navigate. It is easy for parishioners to use the link in our website or for us to take online payments over the phone. The recurring donations has helped our Parish during the COVID-19.

CONS

Anytime, I didn't see a feature in the platform I called and they solved for me.

We have almost daily deposits so it is definitely a plus to our parishioners to be able to give online.

PROS

The ease of use. Report are easy to access

CONS

The fact that we are still not receiving the Diocesan rate of 1.99% rather than the 3% that we are being charged.

It is easy to make reports and plan budgets

PROS

This program is easy to use and easy to follow and make reports. I don't have to change my password at all.

CONS

As normal process you could say it took a little bit of time to get use to this new product.

ParishSoft Giving Rocks!

PROS

This product is easy to use for both parishioners and office staff. The support is the BEST of any software I have ever used.

CONS

The deposit report feature is a little clunky when I want to drill down on a deposit and then go back.

We started with ParishSoft Accounting, so this was a natural progression.
