  • Pros

  • PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.
  • We had a terrific experience with Paybee and appreciated how simple and straightforward it was.
  • We had a very successful event and will use PayBee again. Very professional and a great value.
  • Cons

  • In the live event, it was a bummer that the text was over the images.
  • There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.
  • It was also a little confusing to see who had bid and who hadn't bid on items. MAybe a running bid sheet.

  • Overall, we have been pleased with our service. We recognize that TUIO is a growing company making great strides in the education management industry.
  • The TUIO team is very responsive and able to answer or resolve questions within 24 hours if not sooner. They always provide resources to help guide us in the right direction.
  • I think the team at TUIO has done a great job creating a user friendly and easy to use program, and their customer support is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint is that because we receive subsidy we have to set up the payment method every month as opposed to having automatic withdrawal.
  • The payment plan took long to setup so that was a bit inconvenience.
  • A lot of parents comment or panic when they set up their account and see the “total amount of all the invoices” on the first page.
