Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Refunds were easy to process. I liked that we had the ability to use contact tracking through the software to notify coworkers about issues with certain customers.

  • Simple to use. It is easy to set up a new project using this product.

  • Cons

  • When the software was TIMMS it was great for database entry; however, the last time I used it --you had to click instead of using shortcuts to move around...slows down the speed of data entry.

  • The software is complicated to learn, especially for new users. The software does not allow flexibility in business rules without customization which adds to the cost of the database.

  • Pros

  • The customer service this year was great. In particular, our representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was a HUGE help in assisting the new staff learn the system.

  • I like that is is very easy to create programs, add contacts, and enter registration. The customer service is very helpful, using live chat almost always resolves my problem.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the interface isn’t the most intuitive, and though that does lead to some confusion, support is always available and extremely helpful.

  • I wish the manual covered more material. But the manual leaves off, the customer service covers.
